The Test of Distance & Time
Romance Still Exists
The test of distance & time. Can love withstand distance and time? Does true love really exist in this time of age and can love grow from a distance with time?
Yes, it is possible for true love to grow from a distance and with time. I will be glad to prove it to you!
Romance
Does romance still exist today? Yes, it does, just as it did in the days of Song of Solomon. The book of Song of Solomon gives direction how a man and a woman should love each other both physically and emotionally. God gave us romance to fulfill one another. It keeps a strong connection, a spiritual bond between the man and the woman.
The definition of romance: Romance or romantic love is a feeling of love for, or a strong attraction towards another person, and the courtship behaviors undertaken by an individual to express those overall feelings and resultant emotions.
Romance sets the pace and the plan. Romance stimulates the relationship into growth with exciting anticipations. It plays a huge part in the courtship phase but “should also play the biggest part during the marriage.”
The courtship stage sets both partners up for marriage and should continue throughout the marriage. Isn’t that one of the reasons why men got the girl, they romanced her, and she gave her love back in return? She looked forward with excitement to seeing him again. Because he gave her reasons from his words of love spoken to her, his staring into her eyes and his warm embrace with his sweet tender kisses. But most important of all…HIS HEART! THE HEART TELLS ALL…
The Heart Lines Up with the Soul
When love is truly in the heart, IT WILL NEVER LEAVE. True love doesn’t come from lust or a quick fix or some kind of emptiness. True love comes from the soul and depth of the heart. There’s a difference in following the heart (which we are told to not do) and following the soul. The heart will line up with your soul and when that happens you will know you’ve met your soulmate. It’s not about following the heart it’s about the heart lining up with the soul…YOUR SOULMAN KNOWS!
Distance Away
The Test of Distance & Time
Distance is needed in the beginning stages of a relationship. The distance away from each other allow room for reflecting, dreaming, and growing. We need to reflect on seeing if one another are headed in the same direction asking ourselves, “Is this person the right one for me?” Is what I’m experiencing true love or is it infatuation?” Examining both the heart and soul.
Infatuation is an intense but short-lived passion or admiration for someone or something:
True love is the combination of emotional, physical, and sexual connection coupled with a consistent liking and fondness. a person whom one loves:
Infatuation is short lived, but true love is forever! So many have missed the mark through infatuation and lust. These two types do not represent true romance!
True romance can only come from true love. True love speaks to and ignites the soul, not the emotions and not the mind… but the soul! Once true love enters into the soul from another soul, it is called a “soulmate.” There is no turning back, there is no other, than the one soul that has greatly been touched.
A Soul Connection
The Test of Distance & Time
Once the souls connect there is no separation. Distance and time cannot and will not ever separate the two. There is a revealing through the knowing that comes with a feeling from the depths of the soul that confirms itself to the body and mind. It’s a feeling like no other! IT CONFIRMS THE TRUE HEART!
Many people do not think true love or that soulmate exists. Some may say, “God doesn’t work that way.” “That’s not God!” Oh really? How do you know? Have you ever really experienced true love? Many people do not know what it actually is because they’ve never experienced it, so it must not exist. They settle instead of waiting patiently. I believe it is rare for that reason.
I believe this is part of God’s plan and it was met for us from the get-go.
God represents true love and true love is what He desires for each of us to have. At times God may have a couple experience that soulmate connection knowing that it isn’t their time yet but will be in their future. Why would He do that? I think it is so that we can take the experience of the soul connection and share it with others so they too can wait and have it themselves one day. I believe it is direction for everyone to be still and wait for that special someone to come along.
God’s Plan
The Test of Distance & Time
God uses this to also keep us from going in the wrong direction with the wrong person, because of His plan… if we’re sensitive to our spirit man, which many are not. It is a growth in our faith and trusting in Him. Do you completely trust in God for your soulmate, or do you doubt?
When it comes to love, God can do it in however way He wants to, there are no set rules to true love, there are no boxes to put it in. We cannot put God in a box…HE WILL NEVER WORK THAT WAY!
Romance begins from the moment a soul has been touched by another soul. How do we recognize God’s love? Through our souls…our soul man, we feel God’s touch at times, don’t we? We feel his heart at times, don’t we? I would definitely say this replicates God on how we are to feel with the one person who is truly met for us.
So many people are with the wrong person today, and that is why there are so many miserable marriages and many divorces. God’s plan is for us to be with the right person but is mostly for His glory and His Kingdom. Waiting and doing it God’s way, there will be awesomeness like no other…I call it God’s perfection.
Love is Perfection!
With distance and time love grows in many ways from many angles. From a distance the heart grows and sees, but with time there is a knowing that the day of uniting will come.
“Whom My Soul Loveth”
The Test of Distance & Time
The book of Song of Solomon is about mutual love of Christ and His church. It is the representation of what we are to have with Christ but is also an example of what we as lovers are to have with one another.
Did you know in the book Song of Solomon, notice in chapter three in the first four verses, one through 4 it cites, “whom my soul loveth.” We have a soul connection with God and so we should have a soul connection with that special someone, “whom your soul loveth.” You say that this is all ludicrous. You can’t say such a thing when it is demonstrated in this book. It’s demonstrated by the Holy Spirit throughout the New Testament. We feel the presence of the Holy Spirit at times who touches our soul, wouldn’t it be the same for us with our soulmate? Think about it.
God’s desire is for us all to have this experience and to be with the person that is meant for us to be with. It is to encourage us to be patient and know that it will happen in time when we least expect it!
Tests & Temptations
In the book Song of Solomon chapter 3, it also talks about victory from tests and temptations. You see through distance and time victory is won because of the tests and trials that come with the waiting process. Because the soul knows his true love, tests and temptations cannot get in the way. Tests are passed and temptations are ignored… Love wins, and love will always win!
True love stands the test of distance and time!
Powerful Love
The Test of Distance & Time
Does powerful love really exist?
If God’s love is so powerful for us, why wouldn’t we have the same experience with one another? It doesn’t make sense to not have the same kind of love, does it? Yes, we live in a fallen world, but with God, he has given us hope with direction of his true love. Do we not stand in distance and time with God, concerning love and faith? We have never had physical contact with God, but we do have a spiritual contact with Him through the Holy Spirit, and we are waiting to see Him one day face to face.
How awesome that day will be when we are united with our bridegroom! How awesome it will be when being united with our true love, our soulmate. Doesn’t this prove how powerful love can be? Having a soul connection is a feeling that cannot be described, it is a sensational, wonderful feeling, a feeling of excellence, safety with a feeling of victory!
Nothing can take away from what God has designed, given…TRUE LOVE! TRUE LOVE LASTS A LIFETIME AND NEVER GOES AWAY, RAIN OR SHINE, EVEN IN A STORM IT WILL ALWAYS EXIST!
True Love Still Has to Develop & Grow
The Test of Distance & Time
God gave us love to develop and grow over time, not overnight! True love yes, can happen instantly but even true love still has to develop and grow.
OHH, the romance of God, how He loves to romance His children. How He loves to bless us with His heart. There is a great satisfaction receiving love from the heart of God. The same love He has for us and gives to us, is what He intended for marriage. To replicate His love to one another intimately. He is an intimate God and created us in His image. He is a romantic being.
True love is willing to go far and beyond “the test of distance & time.”
Before A Relationship Begins
The Test of Distance & Time
Before entering into a relationship, I ask you seek God first. YOU WILL KNOW IN YOUR SPIRIT (YOUR SOUL) RIGHT AWAY WHEN YOU HAVE MET THE RIGHT ONE. YOUR SOUL WILL CONFIRM IT WITH YOUR HEART. TRUST IN GOD, ONLY HE KNOWS WHO IS BEST FOR YOU! He has the right person chosen who will be the perfect fit for you. When it comes from God…THE MAGIC WILL ALWAYS BE THERE IN EVERY WAY…EVEN THROUGH THE TEST OF DISTANCE & TIME!
TRUE LOVE COMES FROM THE DEEPEST PART OF THE HEART… THE SOUL, WITH A DEEP SPIRITUAL CONNECTION! ENJOY AND SAVOR “THE TEST & DISTANCE OF TIME!” The movie “Somewhere in time” is a good example of true love. TRUE LOVE NEVER DIES!
How do I know this…from “THE TEST OF DISTANCE & TIME.”
NOTE: I posted photos throughout this post because they are a nice reminder of what true romance is.
