All Are His Workmanship
All Are His Workmanship
All are His workmanship, including those who do not put their faith in God.
Genesis 1:27 So God created man in His own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.
For those of you who feel imperfect, inadequate, ugly, and useless. This is for you and also for those who may have themselves a little too puffed up.
Through God’s eyes every one of you are His perfect creation made in His own personal image but of who he wants you to be. You’re created in His image but with a uniqueness that sets you apart from everyone else.
Definition of Workmanship
The definition of workmanship is the degree of a skill with which a product is made, or a job is done.
And can also be, the quality of the workmanship, such as shoddy or fine.
It is a human attribute relating to knowledge and skill at performing a task. The type of work may include the creation of handcrafts, art, writing, machinery, and other products.
We’re Each Crafted Differently
(All are His Workmanship)
Every one of us are crafted in a special way. None are better than others, AND NONE ARE MISTAKES!
GOD DOES’NT MAKE MISTAKES!
There is not one snowflake that has the same image and yet each one is so beautiful. Even a fingerprint is not the same of another. They each have their own identity. Only God can do that!
Isaiah 64:8 But now O Lord, thou art our Father; we are the clay, and you our potter, and we all are the work of thy hand.
Being Unteachable Can Stop the Molding
All are His workmanship, (you, me, those who don’t serve the Lord) we are his masterpiece molded out of clay. Where we mess up at, is when we are not open to being corrected (unteachableness) through any means or want to recognize our own mistakes. Haughtiness, thinking we’re already perfect and don’t need any kind of refinement or molding. This stops the hands of the Lord from molding us into more of His perfection.
When we see our mistakes and are open to our imperfections being fixed, open to correction, then we allow ourselves to be molded through the Holy Spirit who is God. Then it is when God begins to open doors in ways like never before, then it is when we can move into unity with one another, because self has been set aside.
None of us are perfect by a long shot except for Jesus Himself. But for God to complete his work in each one of us, we must be open to admitting our wrongs, seeing our own faults without the insecurities. Insecurities are uncomfortable but once we step outside of those, healing and truthfulness begin to take place.
Molding the Inward Man is Lifelong
Molding and refining are life long, it isn’t just about the outward appearance. Our outward appearance has already been defined. It’s the inward man that continues to be molded and refined. Our inside is what continues to grow but is what also determines our outward appearance. We can allow ourselves to be molded and refined into something beautiful or we can allow ourselves to be molded and refined into something not so good. That’s putting it nicely.
Insecurities are not a good thing to have, we all have to wrestle with those once in a while. How to get rid of them, is remembering who created you and why. Remembering you were created into His likeness, His beauty, (God’s). He intentionally molded you into what you are for a reason. We have to overcome what we may think are disappointments. In God’s eyes we (you) are His perfection, his workmanship and it’s important that we (you) see ourselves (yourself) as such.
Fear Does Not Inhabit the Praises of God’s People
Don’t be afraid to admit your wrongs, don’t be afraid to walk away from wrongness, and don’t be afraid to walk away from anything that is opposite from His perfection! Walk away from the insecurities, walk away from fear! FEAR DOES NOT INHABIT THE PRAISES OF GOD’S PEOPLE, LOVE DOES! THERE IS NO FEAR IN PERFECT LOVE!
1 John 4:8 There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love.
You are God’s masterpiece. Allow yourselves to be molded and refined inwardly daily for His work to be complete in you. We can either allow the Holy Spirit to mold us into more of His perfection, or we can continue molding ourselves into the opposite state.
ALL ARE HIS WORKMANSHIP, HIS MASTERPEICE! REST AND BE CONFIDENT IN WHO YOU ARE BUT ALLOW ROOM FOR MORE REFINEMENT AND MOLDING! YOU ARE GREATLY LOVED!!
This would be a good read that will build and inspire you to continue your journey that will get you…
